New Year's Day

Last night, Mom and Dad had a party! That was so much fun! There were lots of people here to pet me and I got to play in the snow and help Dad make a great big bonfire! Then, if I got too cold, I could go inside and play with the boy and girl and their friends. All I had to do to go back outside was scratch at the door and bark. I can't understand why everyone gets so upset with me? It is the only way the door opens, don't they know that? The best thing about a party is that everyone manages to drop some food and since I am faster than Lucie (and definitely cuter) I make it to the snacks first! Yum, Yum! I could've used some snow boots yesterday, though. Everytime I went outside, the snow would stick to my fur so bad that I had snowballs on my legs. Dad took my picture so I could show you what I mean. I must have looked pretty cute, because people kept on smiling at me and laughing. I just love having fun!
